BUSH PURGES HIMSELF

     Jeb BUSH suffers the perpetual problem of Republican aspirants to the presidency. He can't win nomination unless he appeals to the Know Nothing majority of his party. After he lies and spins wack-right fantasies to win the nomination, he won't be able to redeem his reputation with the American majority. So I enjoy seeing Jeb soil himself so publicly and outrageously.

REPUBLICANS ENDANGER US

We Americans have living among us the NRA and other firearms enthusiasts. Within that category dwell an unknown number of gun nuts, and within that smaller "gun nuts" category lurk an unknown number of homicidal maniacs. The once-great Republican Party, particularly Republican House members, advocate policies that in fact embrace this entire NRA/firearms universe, including homicidal maniacs. It follows that Republican policies endanger us all.

PRESIDENT, NOT HIT MAN

Facebook: You ask how I'm feeling? I'm feeling opposed to these presidential drone assassinations. I know these "hits" take out very bad terrorists who endanger us all, but they also take out innocent civilians. Children are not immune. I voted enthusiastically for President Obama twice. I didn't consider my votes to be approving a president who was also a self-appointed hit man.

AS TWISTED AS HIS HAIRDO

The more Trump and other far-right wackos shriek their weird denial about President Obama's birth, the better for us Democrats. May they rant on in unison or cacophony.

Hateful, hate-fueled, wrong yet sanctimonious. Gotta love the gun nuts and their NRA.

THE NRA DISEASE

The NRA considers the mass killing of children and other innocents now and then an acceptable cost of doing hunting. The rest of us don't.
